Ahoy mateys, We had our November meeting and discussed the Christmas party, which will be held Saturday, Dec 13th, from 3-7pm, at Harbor master Jim’s house near Greenback and I-80. call me or check the POS planning page, for the address.

We also talked about getting crew t-shirts made. We talked about either grey or a medium blue and whether it would be more cost effective to have each crew member bring their own shirt to make sure you get the right fit, or see if we can find some at a bulk price. Depending on the price of printing shirts, and our budget, we will discuss options & let you know how much of a donation we might need from you guys to get this done. As for the Christmas party we will have a potluck (please let me know what you’re bringing and I’ll put it on the list. Remember there are vegans and milk & gluten allergies, and a dislike of mushrooms by a few fellows. We also have a $20 limit on the gift exchange. I bet Rose Bonez will want to sing a few shanties.
At All Hallows we were in a different location than usual, right up near the Mark Twain building by the information kiosk… It was nice to be so close to the building, but we were surrounded on all sides by traffic, so we had the back stage/ green room area facing a walkway, so we hung some decorative panels up on those walls. So we have decided to decorate some of the walls with treasure maps, Jolly Rogers and other piratic pictures or “ads” that would look nice or attract a crowd. If you have an idea to go on a canvas wall, or would like to help decorate them, let me know.
